Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Early Childhood Program Coordinator to lead and enhance our early childhood education initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape developmental programs, foster academic excellence, and support young learners’ growth within a vibrant educational environment. As the Program Coordinator, you will support program development, oversee curriculum, support PreK programming, oversee PDIS and professional development, staff scheduling, coordinate outreach, and oversee FOCUS ensure the delivery of high-quality early childhood services. Your leadership will directly impact the success of our educational programs and the positive experiences of children and families we serve.
Duties
- Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive early childhood education programs aligned with best practices and program goals
- Lead a team of educators, staff, and volunteers by providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management
- Coordinate infant/toddler and PreK curriculum development efforts to ensure engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Ensure licensing and PreK regulations followed at all times in addition to internal protocols
- Oversee administrative functions including personnel staff scheduling, professional development for team members and data management in PDIS
- Oversee FOCUS requirements to reach and maintain 5 star status
- Prepare detailed reports on program outcomes, compliance documentation, and additional Items as required
Qualifications
- Proven project management experience in education or related fields with a focus on early childhood or higher education settings
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams
- Extensive knowledge of curriculum development, educational program management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working in an early childhood setting overseeing programs including PreK, FOCUS, PDIS, and curriculum
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop reports, educational materials, and staff/family interactions effectively
- Background and education in early childhood education and program oversight

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
