What are the responsibilities and job description for the Packaging - Darfill/Bulking position at Mini Melts of America Inc?

Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Food Safety and Quality standards of Mini Melts USA
- Place raw materials into machines to aid the production process, assemble goods on an assembly line, and attach labels
- Cleaning the equipment for manufacturing
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Ensuring that all products are made within spec
- Following the daily schedule to ensure proper inventory is used, making sure first in, first out
- Following SSOPs for cleaning all equipment to ensure all products are safe, and recording all information
- Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the Quality Assurance and/or Manager
- Move materials or completed products and packages to established locations
- Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues
- Pack finished goods into the correct packages and boxes
- Other duties as assigned
Experience And Education:
- Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to work in cold and humid conditions.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, climb, lift, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods
- Basic Math Skills
Salary : $17 - $18
