Qualifications
- College student
- Ideally on a business or accounting track, but really what matters is having a smart, competent, detail-oriented person
Responsibilities:
- Checking whether installs have been invoiced and if not, following up with remaining invoicing team to push through
- Closing orders in SAP that have been invoiced so they get removed from open orders report. This will help reduce the noise that DMs are seeing so they can focus on actual open orders they need to address
- Updating HubSpot with BP codes so there is a link between HubSpot and SAP, updating HubSpot deal statuses
- Assisting Lena with gathering and comparing data across HubSpot, new customer log, SAP / open orders report, R4M
- Identifying sales deals the sales team says they've closed, but somehow never made it to SAP
