What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidates have:

· Great communication and customer service skills

· CPR certification (preferred)

· Experience in childcare (preferred)

· CDA credential (preferred)

Don’t have certification or experience yet? No problem! We’ll help you earn your CPR certification and gain hands-on training during your time at Mini Me.

What You’ll Do

· Work weekday shifts between 6:30 AM and 6:00 PM

· Create a fun and safe learning environment for children

· Plan and lead age-appropriate lessons and activities

· Keep your classroom clean, organized, and engaging

· Communicate with families and build strong relationships

· Help with mealtimes, bottles, and snack time

· Stay active and engaged — bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs), and playing alongside the kids

· Attend ongoing professional training and complete at least 12 hours of annual continuing education
