What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant Teacher position at Mini Masters Learning Academy?
Well-established childcare center/ learning academy, in Topeka, is seeking a dependable, Infant lead qualified teacher. We would like prior experience working in a licensed childcare center, with the ability to nurture and provide stimulating activities for young children.
Completion of all KDHE requirements is highly desired but not required. Must be 18 years or older to apply. We are willing to train the right person, but a keen desire and natural ability to work with young children is of utmost importance.
This position is 10-hour days 7:30am to 5:30pm with Thursdays off. Our infant room is license for 9 infants. In this room we have 3 co-teachers' everyone has 3 infants they primarily care for while assisting with the other babies as needed.
All KDHE classes paid for to complete the 16 hours required by the state yearly. We offer Aflac supplement insurance. Paid holidays after 90 days of employment. 40 hours of paid time off after 6 months of employment. More paid time off is accumulated every year of employment. Salary is based on experience and will be discussed at time of employment.
