As a Mini Golf Attendant, you’ll be the friendly face managing the course, and delivering exceptional guest services in a dynamic resort or entertainment setting. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide clear instructions on rules and course layout
- Oversee the mini golf course to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of all equipment and obstacles
- Manage distribution of score cards upon guest arrival
- Assist with event bookings and hosting
- Resolve guest concerns or conflicts promptly with professionalism and positive communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to connect with guests of diverse backgrounds
- Experience in events management or coordinating group activities to facilitate seamless experiences
- Conflict skills to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
- Cash handling proficiency with accuracy in transactions and register operations
- Working with children skills to create fun, safe interactions during gameplay or special events

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
