About the Role
Are you an experienced MSP professional who enjoys building client relationships, driving technology strategy, and helping businesses get the most from their IT investments?
We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager (Technical Account Manager / vCIO) to join our growing Managed Services team in Tewksbury, MA. In this client-facing leadership role, you’ll serve as the trusted technology advisor to a portfolio of clients — helping them plan, budget, and modernize their environments using Microsoft solutions like Office 365, Azure, Windows Server, Intune, and M365 Security.

What You’ll Do
- Act as a strategic technology partner and primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Lead clients through full IT lifecycle planning — including budgeting, roadmaps, and business alignment.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and executive meetings to ensure satisfaction and ongoing alignment.
- Identify opportunities for clients to improve performance, security, and scalability across Microsoft-based systems.
- Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, guiding them on cloud adoption, modernization, and risk reduction.
- Collaborate with service delivery and project teams to ensure exceptional execution.
- Develop and present proposals, technology plans, and performance reports.
- Support renewals, expansions, and long-term account growth initiatives.
What You Bring
- 6 years of experience with a Managed Services Provider (MSP) — required.
- Proven track record of long-term client success and stable career progression.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft ecosystems: Office 365, Azure, Windows Server, Intune, and M365 Security.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to translate technical ideas into business outcomes.
- Strong strategic thinking, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing multiple accounts and delivering measurable client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Based in Massachusetts and able to work onsite in Tewksbury 2 days per week.
