Summary
Responsible for performing a variety of assembly tasks to support production operations. Operates manual and power tools in accordance with established Work Instructions and company standards. Ensures all activities align with key performance indicators, maintaining the highest levels of Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
Education /
Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a successful background check and drug screen.
Requirements
1 year of experience in the automotive industry or strong transferable skills from prior roles.
Skills /
Abilities
Detail-oriented and consistent
Works well as a productive member of a team.
Ability to properly maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment.
Basic ability in mathematics, reading and writing.
Duties /
Responsibilities
Assemble plastic automotive parts, according to directions.
Work in various stations and use hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
Maintains logs, records, and reports concerning production, and product inconsistencies.
Inventories tools, parts, and supplies; contacts materials handler if supplies are needed.
Periodically checks products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolves any identified problems and alerts supervisor.
Must be flexible with our schedule, we work weekends, and overtime as required.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements /
Working Conditions
Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.
Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products or machines as directed.
Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
Ability to differentiate between colors, colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.
You must wear safety gloves and steel toe shoes/boots.
Able to support and cross train between departments as business needs require.
Production C Shift - Sunday to Tuesday, every other Saturday 7pm to 7am.
Salary : $19 - $21
