What are the responsibilities and job description for the Superintendent/ Foreman position at Minghini's General Contractors, Inc.?
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a construction superintendent, or foreman
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of construction methods, tools and safety procedures
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Support the crew with additional tasks as needed to keep projects moving efficiently
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
