Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks on commercial job sites
- Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform general labor duties such as site cleanup, debris removal, and basic demolition
- Operate hand tools and simple power tools under supervision
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Support the crew with additional tasks as needed to keep projects moving efficiently
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
