Data Entry & Arbitration Claims Assistant
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Data Entry and Arbitration Claims Assistant to help with filing and tracking arbitration claims for doctors. This position involves working primarily in our software system to enter claim information, upload documents, monitor important deadlines, and assist with preparing pre-written arbitration briefs.
This role is best suited for someone who is organized, accurate, comfortable with computer systems, and able to follow instructions carefully. Many of the tasks involve copying, pasting, reviewing, and formatting pre-written brief language, so strong attention to detail is extremely important.
Responsibilities
- Enter claim and case information into our software system
- File arbitration claims through our internal software/platform
- Track very time-sensitive dates and deadlines
- Copy, paste, and assemble pre-written arbitration briefs
- Review documents for accuracy before submission
- Upload and organize supporting documents
- Follow specific instructions for each claim or brief
- Maintain accurate case notes and status updates
- Communicate with the team regarding missing information, deadlines, or issues
- Handle confidential medical and claim-related information professionally
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Good computer and typing skills
- Comfortable using software systems and online portals
- Ability to copy, paste, organize, and format documents accurately
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time-sensitive work
- Reliable, organized, and able to follow step-by-step instructions
- Basic proofreading skills
- Experience with data entry, claims, medical billing, legal support, or arbitration is a plus but not required
- Training will be provided

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
