Banquet Setup Team Member
Setup Team Member responsibilities include room setup, breakdown of meeting rooms in accordance to guests needs, in a positive friendly manner. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setup, service, cleanup and tear down of events
- Assist with banquet service as directed
- Collaborate with other banquet staff and kitchen staff
- Working knowledge of Audio Visual Equipment
- Be on your feet for several hours at a time
- Work well as a productive team member
- Work Independently
- Read and Execute specifications listed on the Banquet Event Order
- Understand and Foresee Customers needs and be able to respond in a quick and effective manner
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Must have a friendly and professional demeanor
- Must be able to communicate in a effectively with staff, management and clients

- High school diploma is a plus but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $24.00 per hour
