Position Overview
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be a main point of contact for our growing client base of over 200,000 customers. You will assist with warranty questions, freight damage claims, tracking inquiries, and other support needs. Communication will primarily occur via phone and email, with occasional in-person assistance for walk-in clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding warranties, freight damage, and tracking.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, and in person.
- Provide support for web-based operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
- Outgoing and approachable personality.
- Willingness to learn product knowledge and some technical information.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred (not required).
- Strong phone etiquette and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
