Minero is a lively and welcoming Mexican Grill and Cantina located on Johns Island in Charleston, SC. Operated by The Neighborhood Dining Group (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, The James, Marbled & Fin), Minero pays tribute to Mexicos rich culinary heritage while infusing the vibrant flavors and traditions of the American South.
Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for a Server Assistant to support our front-of-house team and help create a seamless, elevated guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support Servers by clearing, resetting, and maintaining clean, organized tables
- Assist in delivering food and beverage orders with professionalism and care
- Keep service areas stocked, clean, and guest-ready
- Anticipate guest needs and provide warm, genuine hospitality at every turn
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment

- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
