Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- General Maintenance Support: Assist in basic maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs, repairing minor plumbing issues, and performing routine inspections.
- Groundskeeping Assistance: Help maintain outdoor areas by mowing lawns, raking leaves, and ensuring walkways are clear of debris.
- Inventory Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining maintenance supplies and equipment
- Safety Compliance: Report any safety hazards or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.
