Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator
Location: Littleton, Colorado
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated licensed RN to join our team as an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our state-of-the-art outpatient surgical facility in Littleton, Colorado. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a high standard of patient care while supporting physicians and staff in delivering outstanding surgical services.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and strategic management of the ambulatory surgery center
- Ensure compliance with AAAHC, Medicare, state, and other regulatory requirements
- Lead, mentor, and support clinical and administrative staff while fostering a positive team environment
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency
- Partner with physician owners and leadership to support growth, quality improvement, and strategic initiatives
- Ensure optimal patient flow, scheduling efficiency, and resource utilization
- Maintain and enforce policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs
- Coordinate with vendors, equipment providers, and external partners as needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license is required
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business is preferred
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center or surgical healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of ASC regulatory standards, accreditation, and compliance
- Demonstrated experience with financial management, staffing, and operational oversight
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, clinical teams, and administrative staff
