Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinical operations on your assigned unit
Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring quality and consistency of care
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor documentation and care plans for compliance
Participate in performance improvement and staff education initiatives
Serve as a leader, mentor, and role model for your team
Qualifications:
Active RN or LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
