We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Mineral Springs, a 95-bed skilled nursing facility in North Conway, NH. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents and contributing to our mission of providing exceptional care tailored to each individual's needs.

Your Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Mineral Springs, you will be responsible for:
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitoring patient health and reporting changes to the medical team
Assisting with daily living activities and providing emotional support
Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining confidentiality
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Hampshire
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
