Mineral Springs Center is seeking a reliable, motivated, and team-focused Day Supervisor to join our leadership team under new management. Position: Day Supervisor

Schedule: Full-time – Day Shift

Location: Mineral Springs Center

Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and supervision to nursing staff during day shift operations

• Ensure resident care is delivered according to state/federal regulations and facility policies

• Support, guide, and assist staff with clinical decisions and resident needs

• Coordinate workflow, assignments, and communication across departments

• Participate in care planning, admissions, rounds, and quality initiatives

• Promote a positive team culture and serve as a resource to staff, residents, and families

Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN license (RN preferred)

• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and manage clinical workflow
