Duties
- Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints to accurately fabricate metal parts
- Perform various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and arc welding to assemble components according to specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments and schematics to ensure precise fabrication
- Conduct facilities maintenance and participate in troubleshooting electrical or mechanical issues as they arise
- Support manufacturing operations by supervising team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining quality standards
Experience
- Proven experience in welding, fabrication, or a related manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of schematics and mechanical systems
- Hands-on experience with welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding; certification is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective collaboration across teams and departments
