What You'll Do

• Create welcoming, personalized experiences that make every customer feel valued.
• Build lasting customer relationships through genuine conversations, thoughtful recommendations, and exceptional follow-up.
• Help customers celebrate life's milestones through fine jewelry, engagement rings, custom designs, and meaningful gifts.
• Develop your jewelry knowledge through ongoing training and education.
• Work collaboratively with your teammates to achieve goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Take pride in maintaining a beautiful, inviting showroom.

Who We're Looking For

Fine jewelry experience is preferred, but not required! We're happy to teach you about jewelry. What matters most is your personality, professionalism, motivation, and genuine care for people.

The Details

Position: Full-Time Fine Jewelry Sales Associate

Location: Downtown Traverse City, Michigan

Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 annual earning potential, including hourly pay, commission, and bonuses. Actual earnings depend on performance.

Schedule: Full-time, including Saturdays, with major holidays off and a schedule that supports work-life balance.
