Seeking a Laboratory Technician with a Chemistry background to make and dispense a solution into unit dose vials, label, package product for shipping, accurately maintain records, and ensure work area such as lab and warehouse are neat and stacked. - Be able to use basic chemistry equipment
- Advanced computer skills (database, excel)
- Excellent documentation skills
- Strong commitment to completing tasks on time
- Work well under pressure
- Self-driven and work well under minimal supervision
- Must speak fluent English
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate a peristaltic dispensing pump, Millipore water dispenser, magnetic stir plates (etc.) and ensure all equipment is calibrated
- Document the instrument service actions and assists in maintaining the instrument history records
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow procedures in a consistent manner
- Prepare shipment of the product and other items to vendors with required documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory of all ingredients and supplies used, and ensure adequate supply to meet demand
- Develop and maintain positive relationships through effective and timely communication
