A lube technician is primarily responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on vehicles, focusing on fluid changes like oil changes, topping off other fluids like brake fluid and windshield wiper fluid, checking tire pressure, and lubricating moving parts, while also conducting basic inspections for potential issues, all with the goal of ensuring a vehicle is properly lubricated and maintained according to manufacturer specifications; work as the "front-line" service personnel in an auto shop, interacting directly with customers to complete basic maintenance services.

Qualifications and Education
