Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator (Spanish/English) — Concussion Clinic
MindWell MD | West Jordan, UT | Part-Time | $24 to $28/hour DOE
We are a physician-led concussion and brain injury clinic looking for one warm, outgoing bilingual person to be the face of our office.
This is not a paperwork job. You will not be writing clinical notes. Your day is spent with patients: greeting them, making them comfortable, and walking them step by step through their cognitive and balance testing on our computer-based equipment. We train you on everything.
What matters most:
- Fluent in Spanish and English, spoken and written
- Genuinely comfortable talking to people. Warm, confident, easy to be around
- Reliable. Shows up on time, every time
- Follows instructions carefully and asks questions when unsure
Nice to have:
- Medical assistant, nursing, dental, or other healthcare experience
- Front desk or customer-facing experience of any kind
Schedule (22 hours per week):
- Monday 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Wednesday 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Friday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Opportunity to grow into full time position.
Pay: $24 to $28 per hour, based on experience.
