Qualifications
- Licensed or certified as an NJ LAC, LSW, LPC, or LCSW (required)
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (required)
- Expertise in Social Work and Case Management, with the ability to manage care plans effectively
- Strong knowledge in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to assess and address a variety of psychological issues
- Proficiency in providing Family Therapy and holistic counseling services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach to therapy
- Familiarity with electronic health records and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security (preferred)
Role description
- Providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining appropriate clinical documentation.
- Coordinating care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive mental health treatment.
- Participating in case consultations and clinical meetings as needed.
While the role requires in‑person sessions in our Princeton office, it also allows for some flexibility to work from home, consistent with our hybrid model.
