We're seeking an experienced Events Manager to support internal and external channel events. You'll work with sales and marketing teams to coordinate logistics for trade shows, sponsored events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring brand consistency and flawless execution. This role also manages event materials, swag inventory, and shipping.

- Plan and execute all event logistics
- Manage budgets, timelines, and task assignments
- Coordinate marketing deliverables via project management tools (Trello/Monday.com)
- Review contracts and sponsorship kits; ensure compliance with company protocols
- Create detailed event guides and communication plans
- Oversee on-site staff and vendor relationships
- Manage swag inventory and event shipments
- 5-8 years of event planning/trade show experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Comfortable with minimal supervision and fast-paced environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Trello/Monday.com a plus
- Ability to travel up to 10% and work in-office 1-3 days/week
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and manage physical event setup
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
