Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Experience conducting policy or regulatory research and analysis
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Desired Skills:

• Experience working with federally funded or grant-based programs
• Familiarity with housing, infrastructure, or community development projects

Position Summary

The Program Compliance Specialist will support the development, implementation, and monitoring of various compliance-driven programs. This role requires a strong understanding of program policies, regulations, requirements, and procedures, as well as effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, interpret, and apply program regulations and policies to ensure compliance.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to internal procedures and external requirements.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and program activities to ensure timely progress.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to share updates and collect information.
• Develop and revise policies, operating procedures, and program documentation.
• Prepare training materials, reports, and correspondence as needed.
• Create and maintain documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF.
• Review financial statements and invoices to ensure compliance with program guidelines.
• Track and review project progress reports for accountability and performance monitoring.
• Evaluate and score project proposals or applications based on established criteria.
• Work directly with applicants or participants to collect and assess documentation for eligibility.

Pay: Up to $32.09 per hour
