Position Summary
The Program Compliance Specialist will support the development, implementation, and monitoring of various compliance-driven programs. This role requires a strong understanding of program policies, regulations, requirements, and procedures, as well as effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, interpret, and apply program regulations and policies to ensure compliance.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to internal procedures and external requirements.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and program activities to ensure timely progress.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to share updates and collect information.
- Develop and revise policies, operating procedures, and program documentation.
- Prepare training materials, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Create and maintain documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF.
- Review financial statements and invoices to ensure compliance with program guidelines.
- Track and review project progress reports for accountability and performance monitoring.
- Evaluate and score project proposals or applications based on established criteria.
- Work directly with applicants or participants to collect and assess documentation for eligibility.
