Job Description
· Familiar with scheduling - including Preventative Maintenance
· Develop & implement maintenance strategies - preventative, corrective, and predictive
· Oversee the maintenance and repair of all plant machinery, equipment, and the facility itself
· Develop the maintenance budget
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and produce reports reflecting those activities
· Create work orders
· Experience working with older machinery/equipment - cutters, slitters, rotary machines, presses, laminators
· Responsible for ensuring adequate inventory for replacement parts
· Hire, train, supervise, and at times - work alongside the team
· Supervisory experience (accustomed to working alongside a team, in addition to providing direction/assigning tasks on a daily basis)
· Responsible for 2 to 3 Maintenance Techs on 1st shift and a Maintenance Supervisor who will be staying through April
· Approximately 75 to 100 machines in total
· Types of Machinery: Cutters, slitters, rotary (with blades), presses - including heat presses, laminators (Approx 10 different types of machines)
· Prefer 5 years as a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing environment
· Automotive industry background highly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
