Job Title: Senior Legal Specialist

Job Summary
The Senior Legal Specialist provides advanced legal and administrative support to legal professionals by managing discovery, conducting research, preparing legal documents, coordinating witnesses, and maintaining case materials. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support legal proceedings efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle discovery requests and coordinate document production
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation
- Manage evidence and prepare trial exhibits as directed
- Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, jury instructions, and other legal documents
- Prepare correspondence related to legal matters and proceedings
- Locate and coordinate expert witnesses as needed
- Identify and interview fact witnesses to gather case information
- Summarize transcripts and other case-related documents for review
- Attend proceedings to assist legal staff as assigned
- Serve as liaison with external organizations and parties as directed
- Organize, maintain, and manage case files, including document retrieval systems
- Act as custodian of case files when required
- Organize and maintain research materials for easy access
- Assist in training and guiding clerical or support staff in legal functions
- Learn and utilize electronic, manual, and computerized information systems
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Experience handling discovery and document management
