Qualifications
- Must have staffing and home care experience
- Required Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial transactions; familiarity with bookkeeping practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of human resources processes including onboarding, payroll support, and employee development programs.
