Job Title: Temp-to-Perm - Supervisor, Patient Registration
Location: Robbinsdale, MN
Duration: 13 Weeks (Temp-to-Perm)
Shift: Day shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 8-hour shifts), 40 hours/week with weekend rotation
On-Call: Rotating between Robbinsdale and Maple Grove
Position Summary:
Oversee daily operations of patient registration, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service. Lead a team of 15 unionized staff, manage Epic work queues, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Report to the Registration Manager and work collaboratively with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise patient registration operations and staff.
Manage Epic work queues for timely processing.
Develop departmental policies and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with regulations and payor requirements.
Provide training, mentorship, and handle escalated issues.
Qualifications:
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
3 years of supervisory experience in patient registration
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred:
Associate's or Bachelor's in Business or Healthcare Administration
Epic EMR experience
Additional Info:

Must rotate between Robbinsdale and Maple Grove locations
Must be available for rotating shifts
