- Oversee scheduling and internal/external coordination for high volume candidate interviews
- Support event/training planning and logistics
- Coordinate new employee onboarding
- Update HRIS and ATS with candidate/employee information and status
- Ad hoc reporting and projects as required
What you need to get the job done...
- Prior experience in professional HR/TA support (internships and recruiting positions in school organizations/philanthropies will be considered)
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook calendar functionality
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
