About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Junior Level) to support the production of screen images used across marketing deliverables. This role will partner closely with the Video Content Project Manager and cross-functional production teams to plan, track, and manage deadlines for both new and existing image assets.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Track project assets and provide daily/weekly status updates to stakeholders
- Brief production studio teams with clear instructions, annotations, and requirements
- Partner with the Video Content Project Manager to manage timelines and deliverables
- Identify project risks, manage dependencies, and escalate issues in a timely manner
- Compile, verify, and distribute project-related information to relevant teams
- Collaborate with Digital Asset Management teams to ingest, tag, and distribute imagery
- Schedule and facilitate pre-production and post-production meetings
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality, technical, and brand standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in an ad agency, production studio, or similar environment preferred
- Understanding of digital asset specifications including resolution, file formats, and scaling
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with sound decision-making ability
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
- Familiarity with Apple products and the iOS ecosystem
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Apple Numbers
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and workflows
Salary : $30 - $35
