Are you passionate about supporting autistic students to thrive in their school environment? Mindshift Counseling and Career Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team providing meaningful, school-based ABA support.
What You'll Do:
- Provide direct behavioral support to autistic students in school settings
- Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data to track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to create consistent support systems
- Participate in IEP meetings to contribute valuable insights on student needs
- Complete required documentation to ensure quality care and compliance

- Active RBT credential OR high school diploma (or higher) with hands-on experience supporting students with autism
