Mindset Psychology is a thriving private practice seeking a motivated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) trained in evidence-based treatment to join our collaborative clinical team. Position Description
- Create your own flexible schedule and manage your caseload
- Provide individual and/or couples therapy to adults and adolescents in NY
- Gain training and experience in evidence-based modalities
- Benefit from weekly supervision with a licensed supervisor
- Participate in monthly team meetings and consultations
- Enjoy minimal paperwork with full admin and clinical support
- Receive a steady stream of referrals from our robust waiting list
- Opportunities for group and family therapy
- Integrated care with an on-staff Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Dietitian
- In-network with insurance
- Compensation: $55 per 45-minute session
- Paid weekly – 1099 position
Requirements
- Active LMSW license in New York
- Ability to maintain a caseload of 20 clients per week
- Foundation in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.)
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
- Interest in continued learning and collaborative practice
