Mindset Family Therapy is seeking licensed and pre-licensed clinicians who are passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based care for individuals experiencing anxiety and OCD. We are a collaborative, therapist-focused practice committed to ethical treatment, ongoing learning, and long-term skill development for both clients and clinicians.
Therapists at Mindset Family Therapy work with individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Our clinical approach emphasizes skill-building and long-term effectiveness rather than short-term reassurance.
