Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Boerne, TX. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, supervising and training behavior technicians, and monitoring progress through data-driven decision-making. Additional responsibilities include providing parent education and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and positive client outcomes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Experience in Parent Education and the ability to engage with families to support skill development and behavior management
- Proficiency in behavior analytic strategies to address a wide range of developmental and behavioral needs
- Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed in the state of Texas, or eligible for licensure
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience working with children and adolescents with diverse needs, including those affected by developmental or behavioral differences, is preferred
