What are the responsibilities and job description for the Childcare Support Staff position at Minds in Motion Learning Center?
Minds in Motion Learning Center is a Christian-based, Reggio-inspired learning center. We have a natural, play-based learning environment where children are encouraged to use their imagination and creativity to explore God's world.
Are you a compassionate, energetic, and dependable individual who wants to work with small children?
Shifts are 8:00am - 5:00pm and 9:00am - 6:00pm. This shift is non-negotiable and we need someone who can work this shift Monday - Friday. We offer paid holidays after 90 days of employment, the possibility of advancing to an assistant teaching position, weekly attendance bonuses after 90 days, and are closed most federal holidays. Our teachers also receive paid vacation after 1 year of employment. While we do allow our teachers to bring their own children, this will be contingent upon available openings.
We provide many opportunities for advancement in education through TECTA, CDA, and other specialization programs. New to working with a group of children? We also provide extensive paid training to our employees and go beyond state licensing requirements.
MINIMUIM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must submit to a background and drug screening
- MUST BE DEPENDABLE, FLEXIBLE and willing to work!

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
