—Residential Rehabilitation Director serving people living with a Brain Injury

Minds in Motion Initiative (MIMI) is an innovative new nonprofit organization in Salem, Oregon specializing in rehabilitation services for people of all ages with acquired brain injuries and other neurological illnesses or injuries. Our mission is to help those we serve to gain maximum independence and live the life they choose. Our philosophy is “Nothing for the person, without the person”.

Our organization has established five initiatives working in harmony to transform person-centered care delivery. The Residential Rehabilitation Director will oversee the Living Services Initiative located in a historic Salem, Oregon neighborhood. The geographic location is ideal for community-based rehabilitation.

We believe rehabilitation happens where life happens—in the community and people’s homes. Assisting people who desire to live independently in their own home is our rehabilitative focus. When circumstances prevent a person with a moderate to severe brain injury from living in their own home, MIMI is developing a 24/7 residential care model which provides opportunity for safe, consistent and empowering opportunities which will lead to a person transitioning to the highest level of independent living possible.

MIMI needs a transformational and compassionate leader to join our team of skilled professionals to help develop and oversee our transitional residential rehabilitation program.
