Job Summary
The HL7 Integration Analyst provides advanced technical support to Mindray North America customers, sales, service, and clinical teams, specializing in the configuration and troubleshooting of HL7 interfaces for Mindray products. This role bridges clinical technology and IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable system integrations between Mindray devices and hospital information systems. The analyst collaborates with engineering, quality, and service teams to identify, document, and resolve interoperability issues while supporting new product development and deployment.
What You’ll Do
- Configure, test, and validate HL7 interfaces to ensure seamless integration with EMR and third-party systems.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers, service engineers, and internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot complex interface, networking, and communication issues involving Mindray devices and hospital systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to drive corrective actions and improve product performance.
- Document technical processes, interface specifications, and support resolutions.
- Represent the Service Department in cross-functional project teams for new and existing products.
- Manage assigned projects according to department schedules and provide timely progress updates.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, MIS/IS/IT, or related technical field.
- Experience with HL7 messaging standards (e.g., ORU, ADT, MDM) and EMR or interface engine integrations.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching) and network troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Windows OS, system diagnostics, and general computer hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with programming or scripting (Python preferred).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Occasional travel required.

Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
