Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Located in Mahwah, New Jersey, we seek an experienced Human Resources Officer to support our Mindray Animal Medical America office.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire spectrum of HR functions, including performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits administration, and other administrative duties.
Employee Engagement and Development (30%):
Collaborate with HQ HR and the President of Mindray Animal Medical America to foster stronger relationships, boost employee morale, and enhance retention through team-building initiatives and non-monetary incentives. Partner with business leaders to conduct KPI reviews and performance management, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Employee Relations (20%):
Maintain in-depth knowledge of relevant legal requirements related to day-to-day employee management, minimizing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Interpret and implement company policies, ensuring clear communication and adherence across the organization.
Recruitment Management:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Office Administration (10%):
Implement 5S policies, manage office supplies procurement, and handle other administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR;
- At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment;
- Experience in the medical devices industry or Chinese company is a plus;
- Hands-on experience in employee relations or as an HR business partner;
- Passion for the HR role.
