Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, located in Spring, TX. The role involves providing individual, family, and group therapy to clients facing diverse mental health challenges. The therapist will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide case management when needed, and maintain detailed client records. Collaboration with other professionals, attending team meetings, and engaging in ongoing professional development are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management
- Experience with Social Work and Mental Health counseling
- Skills in Family Therapy and collaborative therapeutic practices
- Active licensure as an LPC, LPC Associate, or Practicum Intern in Texas (
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical and culturally sensitive counseling practices
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
