Job Title: SAP S4 HANA PP and MM Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP PP and MM Lead with hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning and Execution and Materials Management. The ideal candidate will lead SAP PP and MM implementation projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams esp with PLM and MES teams, and drive process improvements across Hybrid working
roduction Planning and Execution, Procurement and inventory management functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP PP and MM implementations of project engagements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PP and MM solutions.
- Configure SAP PP and MM modules including Demand management, MRP, BOM Management, MES and PLM integration, Production order processing , Purchasing, Inventory Management, Valuation, and Invoice Verification.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, logistics, and finance to optimize supply chain processes.
- Manage integration points with other SAP modules in PLM, MES, eWM and FICO etc.).
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure documentation of functional specifications, test cases, and training materials.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of SAP PP and MM experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
- Minimum 10 Years of proven experience in SAP PP and MM configuration
