Duration: 7 Months on W2 (Possible Temp to Hire)
Job Description:
Core Requirements (Must-Have)
- Experience
- 510 years of general maintenance experience.
- Prior exposure to commercial property maintenance is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills
- HVAC systems (including boilers, fans, generators).
- Basic plumbing and electrical work.
- Carpentry, painting, drywall repair.
- Flooring and ceiling tile work.
- Dock operations, package handling.
- Light landscaping and snow removal.
- Physical Ability
- Able to perform moderate to heavy lifting.
- Weekly trip to other location (ex. Drake House in Indian Hill, OH)
- Other Responsibilities
- Office and meeting room setups.
- Furniture assembly and adjustments.
- Conference room monitoring (supplies, lights, furnishings).
- Event support (setup/tear-down).
- General indoor/outdoor upkeep.
- Emergency fill-in for janitorial needs.

- Reliable, organized, detail-oriented.
- Can work independently with limited supervision.

- Qualifications
