What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technician position at Mindlance?
Job Title: Technician Standard II
Location: Washington, DC 20433 (100% onsite from Day 1.)
Duration: 6 Months Long Term extensions
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a proven track record in technical support and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate strong customer service and client relationship management skills.
- Have experience with mobile device management and asset lifecycle management.
- Have experience with ticket management systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar platforms.
- Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Have experience managing technical incidents, vendor escalations, and driving issues through resolution.
- Demonstrate project management or project coordination experience, including managing deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
- Understand service management principles, including SLAs, KPIs, and Experience Level Agreements (XLA), with a strong focus on client experience and satisfaction.
- Be able to independently own operational issues from identification through resolution, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Vendors, and Business
- Stakeholders.
