Don’t need someone in office- but can take someone 100% remote. Though ideally want someone local- but remote for strong candidate is fine.
Hybrid 2 days onsite
With current Magnum spin off- we have to put our SME’s into the separation efforst
This candidate is coming to help do the Unilever work in the interim
Focus is on Oracle OTM-
This job is not your typical supply planner or deployment specialist- We need an individual that is system savy and has the ability to lift up the hood, understand what is going on and if there is something stopping the planners or deployment specialists from executing day to day job- this person investigates, troubleshoots and makes sure issue is fixed so we can get back on track
Minimum years of experience- for someone to be at this level- 3-5 years experience
Could be deployment specialist and then got system savy and became a systems person-
BS not required – the key enabler – SAP and OTM- must have this and bee system savvy
Action Items
- Schedule follow‑up session with Kate Cosag, the systems guru, plus two other interviewers to vet shortlisted candidates.
- Add “on‑site preferred (2 days/week)” note to the job posting.
- Keep remote candidates in consideration; note flexibility for later transition.
- Send post‑call recap and any candidate referrals to Mauricio.
- Confirm interview schedule (2–3 rounds) and panel participants.

- Strong OTM and SAP knowledge; familiarity with “Forkite” a plus but not required.
- System‑savvy, able to investigate, troubleshoot, and coordinate fixes.
- Bachelor’s degree optional if equivalent experience demonstrated.
- Preference for on‑site work (2 days/week); remote acceptable with future transition.

JOB PURPOSE:
The Systems Administrator / Systems Associate Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation, stability, and continuous improvement of systems supporting logistics business operations. This role ensures systems are configured correctly, issues are resolved efficiently, users are supported effectively, and enhancements are delivered in alignment with business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues (OTM, SAP and FourKites/4K)
- Monitor system performance, integrations, and interfaces
- Engage additional support teams
- Document solutions where needed
- Ensure access to systems
- Ticket submissions
- SAP GRC approvals
- Maintain system configurations and process change requests
- Weekly meeting engagement with OTM and 4K teams
- Collect and escalate end user issues
- Collaborate on enhancement opportunities
- Support OTM/SAP releases, patches, and configuration updates
- Daily/weekly UAT testing
- Weekend Liberation testing
- Ensure audit and compliance checks pass on schedule
- Review quarterly security access and controls
- Provide systems feedback for business reviews
- Support OTM/SAP/4K enhancement projects
