Are you an experienced ServiceNow Architect looking to lead enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives? We're seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to drive solution architecture, platform governance, and technical strategy for a complex enterprise ServiceNow environment.
What You'll Do:
✅ Lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture and solution design
✅ Design scalable, secure, and maintainable platform solutions
✅ Implement and enhance ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, CSM, SPM, SAM, GRC/IRM, CMDB, and CSDM solutions
✅ Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
✅ Drive platform governance, release planning, upgrades, and technical debt reduction
✅ Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions
✅ Mentor development teams and establish ServiceNow best practices
Required Qualifications:
✔️ 5 years of ServiceNow configuration, development, and platform experience
✔️ Strong experience with enterprise ServiceNow architecture and governance
✔️ Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, SecOps, GRC/IRM, CSM, SPM, and SAM
✔️ Experience with AWS, Azure, ITIL, Flow Designer, ACLs, JavaScript, and enterprise integrations
✔️ Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
Preferred Certifications:
⭐ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
⭐ Certified Application Developer (CAD)
⭐ Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM/ITOM)
⭐ Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Strong Plus
