Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Only W2 (No C2C/1099)

Hybrid working model – 3 day onsite/2 days remote

Job Title: Engineer L5

Location options: Chandler, AZ / Irving, TX / Charlotte, NC

Contract: 12 months (potential extension/conversion)

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of hands-on REDIS engineering and operations experience spanning DevOps, SRE, cluster management, performance tuning, RCA, debugging, and diagnosing and high availability design.

• 5 Years of Python development, Strong, hands-on experience with Python clients, API, and Python libraries.

• 3 Years of Agentic AI Development

• Packaging and Deploying Experience – Helm Charts, CI/CD, GitSaaS workflows

• Strong skills with frameworks such as LangChain, Google ADK/Agents, or similar multi-agent orchestration tools.

• Ability to build tool calling agents that interact with REDIS

• Ability to build, extend, and maintain a Python-based automation platform (FastAPI or Flask) that executes REDIS actions.

• Experience designing agent tools/endpoints for AI-driven workflows.

• Experienced in designing, developing, leveraging, and integrating MCP modules and pipelines to streamline diagnostics and operational processes.

• Strong system design expertise in architecting scalable, resilient, and distributed platforms

• Proficient in producing clear, comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, SOPs, runbooks, and operational standards.

• 7 years of Systems Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• 5 years of experience performing engineering and support tasks on Linux/Unix and Windows Servers

• 3 years of experience supporting enterprise-level complex applications and platforms in Production

• 5 years of designing and building complex observability solutions leveraging industry-standard toolset and or custom-built solutions

• 5 years working with configuration and monitoring technologies such as Ansible, Grafana, Elastic, Splunk, and Prometheus.

Desired Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering

• 3 years of financial services preferred

• Excellent knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Shell, Perl) and SQL skills

• Experience with various CI/CD and monitoring tools such as Splunk, JIRA, Jenkins, Ansible, etc.

• Experience with OpenShift Platform.

• Excellent experiences with Incident, change Management, and in ServiceNow.

• Previous experiences in a high-paced, demanding trading floor environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with the trading desk and business partners.

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Experience leading complex projects supporting site reliability engineering design, scaling, resilience, and system performance assessments for highly critical and regulated applications.

• An understanding of the regulatory and professional standards for financial services technology.
