Title: Program Manager

Duration: 12 Months – (Contract/Contract to Hire)

Location/Site: Atlanta, GA / Charlotte, NC/Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Program Manager for Deposits-related technology initiatives, overseeing strategic projects from planning through execution.
• Lead and manage large-scale Deposits programs, with current focus on the Deposits Pricing Rules Engine and Rewards/Loyalty Platform initiatives.
• Partner with business, product, technology, and operations teams to define project scope, requirements, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive technology delivery for the upcoming Rewards program, designed to enhance customer engagement by offering increased benefits and rewards based on deposit balances and relationship growth.
• Coordinate requirement gathering, stakeholder alignment, roadmap planning, and execution activities for enterprise-wide Deposits and Rewards initiatives.
• Manage project governance, status reporting, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and executive communications.
• Ensure successful integration of new capabilities into the Deposits ecosystem while minimizing operational impact and maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Support cross-functional teams in delivering complex technology transformations that significantly impact the bank's Deposits business and customer experience.

Preferred Background:

• Experience managing large-scale banking, deposits, treasury, payments, or digital banking programs.
• Strong program/project management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Experience with loyalty, rewards, customer engagement, pricing, or financial services platforms is highly preferred.
