What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enterprise Architect / Solution Architect position at Mindlance?
We are currently hiring for multiple Enterprise Architect (EA) and Solution Architect (SA) positions focused on AI, Data, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Engineering Platforms. Please find the opportunities below:
Contract to hire
Location: Remote-eligible with travel required (every 4-6 weeks, Mon–Thu onsite) to Buffalo, NY / Wilmington.
1. Enterprise Architect – Mythos Foundation (AI Platform)
Lead enterprise architecture for core AI platforms, AI governance, model lifecycle management, observability, guardrails, and AI integration across business applications.
2. Enterprise Architect – Infrastructure
Define enterprise cloud and hybrid infrastructure architecture across Azure and data centers, focusing on scalability, resilience, SRE, observability, and platform engineering.
3. Enterprise Architect – Data & AI
Drive enterprise data and AI architecture, including data domains, integration patterns, analytics platforms, AI governance, and regulatory compliance.
4. Solution Architect – Tools & Developer Experience
Enable GenAI-powered engineering through developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, API integrations, automation, and modern engineering platforms.
5. Solution Architect – Observability
Design and implement enterprise observability solutions covering telemetry, monitoring, alerting, SRE practices, and operational intelligence.
6. Solution Architect – Mythos Foundation
Support implementation of enterprise AI platform architecture, including model integration, AI governance, telemetry, security controls, and embedded AI capabilities.
7. Solution Architect – Mythos SRE
Drive reliability, scalability, resilience, observability, and operational excellence for enterprise AI platforms leveraging SRE best practices.
8. Solution Architect – Infrastructure
Design hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions across Azure and on-prem environments with focus on networking, resiliency, automation, capacity planning, and SRE.
9. Solution Architect – GenAI
Lead architecture and implementation of Generative AI solutions, LLM integrations, AI governance, prompt architectures, security controls, and enterprise AI adoption.
10. Enterprise Architect – Cyber
Define enterprise cybersecurity architecture covering cloud, AI platforms, IAM, application security, threat detection, governance, compliance, and secure-by-design principles.
Preferred Background
- Enterprise or Solution Architecture experience
- Azure Cloud, AI/GenAI, Data Platforms, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or Platform Engineering expertise
- Strong stakeholder management and architecture governance experience
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
- Strong financial services domain knowledge (Banking/ Wealth/ Institutional preferred)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
- TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, or similar certifications are a plus.
